A new study has established
that short spells of physical exercise can help cheer up higher functions of
the brain such as decision-making, planning, concentration as well as memory. The
study has also stated that physical exercise might be a positive treatment for
conditions characterized by damaged higher brain functions, like autism and
ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and may also assist in delaying
